Homemade Christmas cakes are traditionally dense, rich fruit cakes that serve as a centerpiece of festive celebrations. Our homemade Christmas cakes are started months in advance to allow flavors to mature. All our Christmas cakes are 12" either square or round.

Rich Ingredients: They are packed with a high proportion of dried fruits sultanas, raisins, currants, and glacé cherries and orange peel.
Warming Spices: The mix is infused with aromatic spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice, which represent the gifts of the Three Wise Men.
"Feeding" the Cake: A hallmark of our homemade cake is the regular "feeding" with brandy. This process keeps the cake moist and deepens its complex flavour.
